I felt that Del.icio.us is helpful for being able to have your favorites at your fingertips no matter where where. I found the layout stark and not particularly inviting. As noted before the recommended video to get you started was not working. It took a bit of hunt and peck but I did find a link through "Jaquin's" blog to a multitude of other sites. I would probably only use it for my favorite websites but wouldn't particularly be interested in having others access it. If one is looking for sites on particular subjects it could be helpful especially when helping customers.
